Dorrie and the BBC Philharmonic

A large new large scale artwork was created by Dorrie for this rare performance of 'Chatres' by the BBC philharmonic orchestra. Dorrie also coordinated students in producing artwork and perfomance.

Liverpool Biennial 2004 - Urban Angels

Dorrie's biennial 2004 show is called "Urban Angels" and formed part of the the opening ceremony of the Liverpool Biennial on the 16th of September 2004.

During the duration of Biennial festival 10,000 balloons will be released which carry the urban angels images out to the world, specific times will be posted here as they are confirmed.

About Dorrie's Work

Dorrie Halliday is a digital artist working with both traditional media and new technologies.  During her career she has experimented with her artistic skills and utilized a variety of technology and methods including: wearable sculpture, digital image manipulation, animation, installation and other professional film production techniques such as camera work and digital video editing. read more
